It certainly seems that we like to keep our graphics up to date here.

Also AGP seems to still be the interface of choice for many people, although I suspect that until new processors are only available with PCIe this figure won't change by a huge amount.

Same but mine is BIOS flashed to run stock at 400/1100.

George, you ought to ask about cooling/volt mods etc.

Arctic Cooling NV Silencer 5 R2 installed on my card. It was a HUGE, HUGE improvement over the stock cooling.

I have a Sapphire AGP 8x 256MB X800 Pro (12 pipes) soft-modded with the Gigabyte BIOS to a X850 XT (16 pipes).

For cooling you didn't mention using an air-conditioner which is what I am using and it's better and cheaper than water cooling but just a tad louder.:)

I'll make a category for this

Sapphire radeon 9000 NP 64mb VIVO here...(With a PCI Gf2mx200 32mb running as secondary)

It's got a nice 80mm fan running at 5v duct taped to a straightened pci slot cover sitting in front of it's abysmally small heatsink. The stock fan died probably a year ago...

I don't game, though, so this video hard has served it's purpose, and done it well. I have no plans to upgrade at all for at least another year or two...

I other news, I've got my HD sitting on an empty plastic cd cover, which in turn is sitting on some foam, which is ductaped to the bottom of the case in front of the large tin snipped opening...

Leadtek Geforce 6200, 128MB memory. Overclocked from 300/550 to 400/700, and pipeline unlocked with rivatuner. Also have it flashed to a 6600, so my system recognizes it as such.

Anyone else running Guillemot/Hercules? My current 9800 Pro is such, and my old Voodoo Banshee was Guillemot. Good company; high quality cards!

As far as 3d cards, I believe I went from Voodoo Banshee (from 2d cirrus logic video card) to Radeon 64 VIVO to my current 9800 Pro. And that is over the span of about 8 years (I remember GLQuake 1 with the Banshee, then 1998 rolled around and I had to run HL1 at 512x384 with a smaller view area just to get 20fps). I don't upgrade much at all because of the absurd prices.
