Well we've been gifted (arguable) with the new poll feature, so I'd like to see what it shows of a somewhat frequent argument of ours.

21 years old sounds fair to me. No marijuana while driving, though, although it can be IN THE CAR, as long as the people in the car are not under its influence.
 
They should put topaco in the same place as drugs are in, there is no different in topaco and drugs, except that topaco is just a mild drug, its still a drug though.
 
Marijuana was legalized with restrictions on it I doubt that would stop anyone from absusing it anymore than our current laws stop some people from drunk driving. Instead, the legalization will lead to more and more people getting hooked. If human beings could learn self restraint then I think legalizing marijuana wouldn't be a bad thing, but until then I'm voting no.
 
And the votes are in! Bill 3945-420 for the legalization of marijuana is passed 18-11 by the 114th Anandtech Congress. *exhales* huh? oh you mean that this poll doesn't constitute legality? *flushes stash* 🙂
 
We should treat drugs including marijuana, cocaine, heroin, etc. as legal, controlled substances, as we do with alcohol.
