I eat a lot Indian food, but for some reason the wacky Korean stuff they're cooking up over at the Stonewell never seems to get boring.

I like the freshness and simplicity of Japanese food. Other Asian food is greasy by comparison. I love Indian and Thai. Not a huge fan of Chinese, though Dim Sum kicks booty.........

Indian: chicken/lamb curry (but most indian vegetable dish are simply overcooked, it's like eating mushed veggie)

Chinese: anything hot and spicy, but sometimes they just use too much soy sauce.

Thai: I was pretty much raised with coconut milk and peanut, so yeahh!

Vietnamese: I love their soups especially in the winter.

Japanese food seems too bland for me.

Chinese. I think Chinese, along with Indian and Vietnamese, has the broadest range of tastes. Japanese food is good and all (I could eat sushi at every meal) but I think that compared to other types of Asian cuisine it's pretty limited.

I actually prefer Vietnamese, but there are no decent restaurants in my area so, by default, it's Chinese - lately every night.
