Toss up for sure. The corsair has lower rated voltage, but the OCZ has slightly better timings. You should be able to run each at exactly the same settings (i.e. bump the corsair voltage to get the OCZ timings, or loosen the OCZ timings and use the corsair voltage).
 
2.1v vs. 1.9v?

You must opt for the Corsair.
Better voltage settings mean far more these days that timings.
