[POLL] Names on a degree

I am applying for a degree and I need to know what is considered proper for the name printed on a degree.

Can anyone see the poll? If not, how do I enable it?

hmmm.....is it just me or isn't the general consensus that the Universities or Colleges do that.....

Basically, I don;t want to be rude and ask you if you are buying a degreee off of "some site."

Don't worry, I won;t ask.

No, I am filling out a form for my B&M university and they allow us to choose what we want it to say.

Full name with middle initial

Full name with middle name spelled out

Those are the questions I put on the poll. Its there when I click edit poll but its not showing up.

uh, whatever you want 😉

I went with my full name (first, middle, last). I know some people who omitted their middle name, though.

no poll... and what do you mean what is considered proper.. doesn't the school deem what goes on the degree....

Dunno. My school (major state school) sent me a form asked me to print my name exactly as I would like it to appear on my diploma.

I was tempted to write "Jzero J. Jzero, Ph.D."
Of course I have a doctorate...it says so right here on my second undergrad degree!
