Which is TRUE for some @ the begining day of sale. Reason for my posting is for YOU to get a look @ them BEFORE the general public. Here in NJ here if you are not the first one in the door @ CompUSA; you can forget about finding most of the freebies or hot deals. Plain OOS and u r SOL ! This is especially true on their 2 day or 1 day only deals.So that you can let me know I have place a poll in this thread. For those who are new click on the graph next to the padlock which you use for PM. Vote YES or NO. I would like to know wether or not I am wasting my time. Thanks.

What's the best way to handle these deals before they flyer comes out? Pick up the item I want today and then bring my receipt in on Sunday to have them Pricematch?

Yes - please continue. Your efforts are appreciated. I live on the Canadian side of Detroit/Windsor border. I usually try to get over for sales. Your posts help me to decide if I need to haul ass to get a great deal - or alternativly to not waste the $4.50 tolls+gas+milage plus plus plus !!

What page is the PC Radio on? I just finally got the D-Link rebate for the webcam they had at CC back in February. I guess it will be another 4 month wait for this one.

Page 11, last row in the middle. I don't have any feed USB slots but plan to buy it anyway. Rebate may be quicker as it's not from CC.

You did not buy the USB hub at CC a couple of weeks ago? Shame on you!

Anyway, I wish the rebate were from CC (amazing to be saying that, eh)? Theirs showed up in 3 months. The D-Link rebate is what took 4 months, and I was actually surprised when it arrived because I was sure I'd have to call to complain about it). At least I got paid, the last stuff I sent to Mesa, AZ I never got paid on (Hi-Val before they went bankrupt). Oh well, at least it's only one rebate this time and not a split one between CC and D-Link.

I have to thank HawkeyeNJ for the PC Radio Heads-Up.. My room is very deprived of music or hype and the only way for me to get a radio going is to use my Walkman (very old). This has always been fustrating to switch between Walkman &amp; PC cause I have only one set of speakers (4). I don't have the luxury of a stereo system or any of that type. Thanx again.

I've already bought it!

Anyone buy the D-Link USB PC Radio 30 FREE after MIR.

I'm interested to know how this works/sounds and is it really worth getting.

I know it is only has FM and not AM, but thats not a problem.
