Yeah, same thing. We had 150lbs today. My family's getting old, the "hot" batch wasn't. They need to let me do it next time.

1) Twist off tail
2) Place thumbs on edges of tails
3) Pull thumbs apart, breaking shell
4) Pull off bottom shell/legs
5) Remove vein and yellow stuff
6) Eat

It's expensive and a lot of work to eat enough to fill up on. That's why you eat a couple of trays then go get a hot dog.

Well, I live in the traditional crawfish home, southern Louisiana. They're cheap and plentiful all summer long. Just wait until watermelon season. 🙂

Man southern Louisiana is so much better than northern Louisiana. I hate it up here! I just look for an excuse to go down there.

And I look for excuses to go up to Caddo Lake. The bass fishing just isn't all that great around here.
