Why the hell would you find all the flaws in Windows?
Why not build a new OS from the ground up?

Because you get paid lots of money to be that good to find flaws.

You could build a new OS but it might takes years to finally become popular.

Edit: its just an example, maybe you could build a space ship that can actually travel at light speed.
