Used to drink 2%, then switched to 1% for some reason.. I forget why though. it was a long time ago.

if i drank 2% it would taste like cream, and whole milk was almost butter 😛

I havent drank any milk in a while though.

Skim. I got too fat drinking 2-3 glasses of whole or 2% every day. It was hard to switch at first, but its just fine, now.

I never liked skim growing up... but that is all I can drink now. 2% is ok... but it's so damn thick... like a milk shake. 😀

Yeah, soy milk that's been fortified is pretty healhy. Trader Joe's has good prices on soy milk compared to most large national or regional grocery stores.

Cheers,

Organic Milk. Once you try it you will never go back.

As opposed to Inorganic Milk, made from silcates, calcium, and aluminum oxide?

I'll drink 0%, and I can barely tolerate 1%. Of course, I much prefer chocolate milk (made with 0%)..

Skim. The others taste too think since going to skim.

A good morning cereal experience requires whole milk, however. Mmm...shredded wheat with whole milk and Tootsie rolls:thumbsup:

Don't drink milk (Not lactose intolerant). It's not good for adults.
Reliable source?

1%
Milk is high in saturated fats and lactose acid (the same chemical your muscles produce after overexertion that causes them to burn), and will raise your cholesterol. Because it is so acidic, milk is a poor source of calcium because your body will use calcium (which is alkaline) it already has in order to neutralize the acidity.

I suggest a Google search. Good "reliable" information is difficult to find due to the Dairy Industry mass propaganda, but the fact is that cow's milk is for calves, and not for humans.
I quit drink milk about 2 years ago, and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. I lost 10 lbs almost right away (despite no other changes to my diet or exercise routine at that time), am sick less often, my allergies (which were nearly chronic before) bother me much less, and overall I have never felt better.
I welcome anyone else here who is a relatively heavy milk drinker (as I was) to try it. Stop drinking milk and tell me how you feel in 6 weeks.
