Poll: Micron computer won't stay off

I have a Micron Computer that won't stay off after shut down. I'm 100% sure the shut down is complete, and the power management settings in the BIOS are correct. The power pack has also been replaced once. Yet, it still comes back on in 20 to 30 min after complete shut down. Micron tech support initially said it was the Wake on LAN network card, but we disabled it, and it's still doing it. Has anyone encountered this problem with Microns before? Anyone has any suggestions?
