Poll: Micron Computer turns on by itself (WakeOnLan?)

I have a Micron that has been turning back on by itself since I bought it. The power pack has been replaced once. All power settings have been checked including wake on lan has been disabled, yet it's still doing it. I've run out of ideas as to what causes this problem. It usually takes about 10min to 30min for the computer to turn back on after it's been shut down completely.
