Poll: Micro ATX Mobos good for Overclocking?

Okay we all know that ATX mobos are the standard for overclocking these days. I have an micro-atx casing and i wanted to upgrade my pc but i am limited to the micro-atx form factor is it good for overclocking. if they are could you give some boards w/c are capable of doing these so...🙂 Thanks Guys.
 
If you have the cash ~$140, Asus makes a micro-atx of their popular CUSL2 board designated CUSL2-M... it's basically the same board in micro=atx form...
