Poll: Memory dump during boot-up

I have a dual boot system with NT 4 and 2000 pro running, with 128mb of RAM. I bought a new stick of ram, pc 133, and put it in. But i can not boot into either operating system anymore, even after taking the new ram stick out.

I was getting some error messages in the dump file having to do with the Bios.

Would i have to flash the bios or is there something else i could do to get my system back up? Any help would be much appreciated!
