And she kept on telling me
She kept on telling me
She kep on telling me
I want you
I need you
But there ain't no way
I'm ever gonna love you
Now don't be sad
'Cause two out of three ain't bad
Don't be sad
'Cause two out of three ain't bad
Baby we can talk all night
But that ain't getting us nowhere

1 pound lean ground chuck
1 pound ground pork
1 egg
1 cup crushed tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8oz of salsa of choice
1 small can of salsa verde
1 taco seasoning packet
Mush it together, make a loaf out of it, cook it at 350 for 45 minutes, take it out and dump some more salsa over the top, garnish with sliced jalapenos and cook it for another 15 minutes.
Good stuff.

sounds wonderful. gotta have the addition of pork to a good meatloaf.
thanks for the recipe. Maybe add some fine chopped green bell peppers to that and garlic?
I'm keen on topping the loaf with ketchup or cambells tomato soup.
screw all our steak threads....we need a kick butt meatloaf recipie!!!
I use meatball mix...beef/pork/veal. And I glaze it with a 50/50 mix of bbq sauce and tomato sauce. Good stuff.Originally posted by: spidey07
