Burger King Double Rodeo Cheeseburger is tasteless. Sometimes the bun tastes a bit stale. Sometimes the meat is overdone and dried out on the warmer plates. And sometimes it's all too chewy because in the evening they bung it in the microwave. What kind of quality control is that?
But I really dig MacDonalds milkshakes. Runny ice cream, takes a long time and alottafun.

BK whenever possible. Around here the Mac people think they are doing you a favor just speaking to you. There is no service and the food ain't all that great.

McDonald's for breakfast (especially when you are hungover) and Burger King for anything else.

Last year I would've said McD's, but BK's chicken tenders and goddamn awesome onion rings has converted me.

What about JACK IN THE BOX?!?! Whats *wrong* with you guys?!?

Oh i understand, you wanted a FAIR comparison. You realized if you put in Jack in the Box you would get horribly lopsided results. Thats ok then...

Hahaha, actually Speh, I'm in Canada so I've never been to a Jack In The Box. I'm sure it's good though :)

Is there Harveys in the US, or it a Canadian thing. IMHO, Harveys is far better.

Jack in the box damnit! McDonalds is food for little kids (although I do have to have their fries sometimes), BK is just funny tasting I think, and the wendy's in my town has like the greasiest burgers I've ever had..and their fries is suck. With Jack in the Box you get a delicious burger, chicken sandwhich, or even taco with your choice or regular fries, curly fries, potato wedges with cheese, cheese sticks, or even eggrolls :) Thats so hard to top! But if thats not enough you have delicious iced tea (best from any fast food place usually) and you can get a piece of cake for dessert instead of some dried up cookie. But like Seph said, I understand you excluding them so you can get some results we don't already know

Where does white castle fall for everyone anyway? I'll eat a belly bomber sometimes, but I pay for that hours later :)

Seph and Soybomb- Jack in the Box is not included because it is not available in many areas of the country, like where I live.

This is how it works:

Burger King - Nice big burgers that are first cooked over a flame. Which are the best tasting and less greasy than all the other methods. The fries aren`t too bad, they were better before they changed them to these silly "crispy" fries.

McDonald's - Burgers are too small and are not cooked over a flame, which sucks ass. Fries are pretty good, though.

Wendy's - They basically fry the burgers on a flat sheet of metal in grease and salt. Disgusting. Fries aren`t too bad.

Harvey's (Canada only I've heard) - They make the best burgers, as they are cooked over a grill with open flames. They taste great, a good size and the buns are toasted. Fries are really good too. Overall, the best place to go for fast food grease.

Poontos,

It's called a "grill" and they are not fried in grease.

Russ,

Not sure about the U.S., but in Canada a "grill" in a resturant, basically looks like a BBQ without the flip-over cover. A bunch of parallel steel bars over a heat source, usually flames with charcol.

Since Wendy's is based on a franchise platform, all the resturants have to cook there food the same. Every Wendy's that I have been to or more specifically been able to see how they cook there hamburgers, are cooked on a large stainless steel sheet of metal, with no holes, no visible flames, as the heat source is below the sheet of metal. If this is what you American's call "grilled" food, then we have a problem here.

You also stated that "they are not fried in grease." I find this hard to believe, I don`t think I have ever heard of a burger without any remnince of grease on it. The method that Wendy's uses doesn`t take too much brains to see that the burgers are cooked there own grease, while they toss loads of salt on them.

I`ll have to cross the border and find the nearest Wendy's to try these grease-less burgers.
