Magneto! you know that his helmet blocks the Prof's mind reads and stuff like that right? Plus Prof X would never use his powers to "kill" or destroy Magneto to the point of winning a match. In a battle to the death I think he would rather be a maryter (sp, now that would be a useless forum feature, spell check) than winner at all cost.
