i think the relationship is similar to northern california being like nyc. maybe its the colder weather, i dont know. but ya i think its true we are oblivious to everyone else despite their hatred. warm weather envy?
i think weather is very significant. seriously, how can freezing temperatures possibly benefit a human? even animals migrate..
ya it seems nyc has the better city structure, but the weather just sux. well im open minded enough to travel and visit for a while, but i'll always have a home in southern california. not downtown l.a. of course, but the suburbs.. and yes, there are people that dont exhibit the 'typical' l.a. personality.
