I recently purchased a KT7 Raid MB and 1.1GHZ CPU.In trying to set up the MB for this CPU, I noticed the standard CPU settings only went up to 1GHZ. I would then have to go to the User Defined section to set up the CPU. Is this therefore considered as "Overclocking", since a 1.1 GHZ setting is not standard for this MB? As this is my first attempt in building my computer, I have also run into some operating problems, but this will be another inquiry. My basic question would be, what settingds would I use to get to the 1.1GHZ? Thanks in advance for your help!!!null

No, on the contrary the "standard" CPU setting was underclocking the CPU.
I have the same MB and CPU, and that happened to me as well. The Abit board
is basically bringing the CPU up in a "safe" mode, and then allowing the user
to specify the actual setting that the CPU is specced for.

It would only be considered overclocking if you were to change the
multiplier to higher than 11.0x or increase the frequency of the
Front Side Bus (FSB).
