Poll: Keyboard NOT presesent at boot up

When I connect my Pc, this not recognize my Keyboard.
Then I unplug it, being conected, and my keyboard is ok. If I reset my Pc is recognize, but if I disconnect then my Keyboard is again NOT PRESENT at bootup.

How can I get my Keyboard is present, or recognized by BIOS?
