I say again, don't shave it. That's the coward's way out.
Baldness can be caused by excess testosterone--wear it proudly as a badge of your manliness.

go ahead and shave the top, grow out one side and start doing the combover.

Alt. shave the head and the face, but leave the soulpatch. IMO the facial hair is a little to thin to look "badass"

propecia will most likely halt any further hair loss (somewhere around 90% effective). most likely won't grow back (only rogaine has shown to be effective), but at least you probably won't continue to go bald. get a prescription for proscar, then cut the pills into quarters. (well, fifths, actually, but that's harder.) much cheaper. wish i'd had done that when i was going bald. it seemed to happen overnight :(

Don't shave it... just don't comb it straight back like that.

Go to a salon and get a second opinion on a new hair style. I'd definitely shave the goatee... I had one for awhile and it made me look older... at 25.. I have no desire to look older anymore.

My sister works for a plastic surgeon according to her, Propecia is mucho exspensivo.

Sorry I don't have any number to back up my claim... you'll just have to take my word for it.

I started on the bald path when I was 18, so you don't get much sympathy from me in that regard ;) However, I would say get yourself a set of clippers for $20 at Wal-Mart and use the #1 or #2 guard to cut it real short and tight. same for the mustache/goatee thing

I'm 31 now, started getting thin at the crown and forehead hairline around 26. Just go short. Girls don't seem to mind, as I've had as many gf's before being "bald" than before being "bald."

It's all about attitude! ;)

Ding.

It doesn't matter what you do if you have the wrong attitude/insecure.

Or

It doesn't matter if you go bald if you have big balls.

For starters:

Keep the goatee, it hides the double chin.
Get thinner, rounder glasses.
Make the hair shorter.
Work out twice a week.
Get a tan.
Wear cooler t shirts.
