<< Yes, always good to see a student come up with his own lesson plans.

Is there anything else you'd like to be taught? Learn to wipe your own @$$ yet?
>>

yet, you still cant structure a sentence. You're threads seem to make great ass wiping material...

I don't see an issue with teh word "chick" I still think that the important thing in being PC is the way it is used. Context is everything. Calling a women a women can be degrading depending on how it is used. And all "PC" phrases can be degrading when used in that contect.

So for all those out there who think we need a world the is "PC" you need to see Bulworth, and think about what it is saying.

<< I hate all of you!

Go to hell.

GoldenBear, amdforlife, and AngelSentFromUpAbove, you all suck.

😉
>>

I'm offended to have been put in the same sentence as amd.

BTW GB, I was reading the article you wrote on Virtual memory and found this little nugget:

<< That's where virtual memory comes in. Even though I only have 128mb, my swap file is 192mb, giving me a total of 310mb of memory that I could possible use. >>

Proper sentence structure, HOWEVER,

128 + 192 = 320.

Yes, I admit, your sentence structure is second to none, however, your math skills are a different story.

I guess you were too busy studying for that spelling bee.

😛

<< Your unique writing ability only surmisses to puzzle me. >>

"surmisses" isn't even a word, and I'm not aware of any definition of "surmises" that would fit into that sentence...

I like to haphazardly use gregarious words in order to make myself materialize into something more than I am, correct or not.

Anybody besides me now have the "In Living Color" theme song in their head?

<< make myself materialize into something more than I am, correct or not. >>

That happens to exist as the most phonetically and logically correct statement of self-aware observingness that I have ever been in the presence of.

<< ESPECIALLY in this here computer forum filled with geeks who tend to use it like they could get a "chick". >>

Kettle calling the kettle black.
>>

You mean the pot.

And I don't recall ever using the term "chick"?
>>

I hate (lol😛) resorting to name calling, but he's talking about stereotypical labeling, you schmuck.

Chick::Woman as a piece of meat : Geek::Guy at an online message board.

Don't you have anything better to do than piss in the wind about political correctness? Screw PC garbage. You want to start defending men against the word dude too (hey, guess what, underlining is the correct way to set apart a word like that)?

People are so screwed up today they take offense at every little thing. I'll continue to talk about girls using the term "chick" whenever I feel like it. It's not demeaning and I don't give a porcupine's rear whether you think so or not.

I agree, some people are just soooo sensitive today... :-(

Okay, I sincerely hope the period when all those "chicks" flock away from you (ooh it's a metaphor!).

wait the hell a minute. Who gives a flying **** about being politically correct anyway? Not me. If you're offended by the way I talk, it's your fault for letting it get to you and letting yourself be offended. If you choose to, that's fine. But don't come pointing fingers at someone who's not PC.

I don't think calling a female by "chick" is all that bad. If they don't like it, I won't; but I don't see a problem with it.

Dude, I don't know if you realize it or not, but you're not making one bit of sense. I don't have to worry, I don't have any "chicks" around me and really that's quite all right. I'm at that point where I don't give a flying fork about women, I'd rather get through school, get a job, and make some money - at least then the vultures will have something to gnaw at. 🙂

edit: ahhh, sheet, I misspelled a word, better fix it fast...
