POLL: Is it me or does the packing from Newegg's NJ facilty suck?

everytime i receive an order from the NJ warehouse, the item's rattling around inside and it's lucky to contain any kind of packing. just yesterday, i received some $350.00 ram that was supposed to be wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap but slipped out the end during shipping, since it wasn't taped, and was just rattling around in the box. i never have that problem with an order coming from Cal. thankfully everything's worked up to this point but still....

Yep, I've noticed that packages from the NJ warehouse can have less than favorable packaging. Everything's always there though 🙂 And a day ahead of schedule.

NewEgg does not ship anything. It is probably coming directly from Ingram Micro or Tech Data...

Never noticed a problem from that warehouse. Send newegg an email and tell them about it. Yes newegg does have a warehouse there.

wtf? i am in nj and everytime i order, my shiat comes from cali. so not only do i get anally probed for 6% tax... i get to wait a full week for my nuckin' shiat. nuckin' sux.

Really? I didn't know Ingram Micro's or Tech Data's shipping warehouse moved to La Puente. That's where my Newegg packages ship from everytime I check with the Fedex tracking.

Wrong. They have their own warehouse, and they ship it themselves. My neighbor used to work there and pack boxes for them.

Wrong. They have a warehouse in NJ. In fact, I have never received a direct shipment from Newegg.

AFAIK, they have one in La Puente, CA and Edison, NJ.
