So you are saying that people who start wars of aggression are "terrorists?" I'll agree with that. Fighting back against an aggressor is not wrong, even if you do the fighting preemptively.

I think the use of the word 'unlawful' in the definition is a friggin joke

terrorism has more to do with holding the population hostage than war.

except for nuclear war, in which warheads can be viewed as guns to the head of hostages, which are cities.
