Ya it does, when I was in TX I paid $50 a month for 1.5/128... In IL I pay $45 for 6.0/608 through SBC.

I have no high speed cable in my area to take advantage of Comcast's 3 Mbps.

My DSL line provides only 1.2 Mbps. I'm only 100 feet from qualifying for SBC's 3 Mbps package dammit!! :disgust:
