I know some states don't have taxes on food purchased in grocery stores, but I wasn't aware that some states have no sales tax at all...

My version of that question is Smokes or Coffee??
I'd do neither, i'd find a dollar store and buy a pack of smokes for under $1, then i'd panhandle for enough change to get some coffee!! I can live without food, and water is plentiful, but no nicotine or caffiene is painful!
