Okay, so you get on and after several stop, the elevator gets crowded to the point of full. You really need to go and can't really push your way to the front of the elevator. What do you do?

This is actually a little funny, a few friends and I were at a party this past weekend at one of the frat's and we got kicked out becuase one of my drunk friends decides to piss in the corner...they weren't happy.

Now you are adding stipulations that weren't in the original post. If you have to piss that bad then you wouldn't have made it to the bathroom even if the elevator was clear thus forcing option 2. No reason to even include the others if you are basically pissing on yourself to begin with.
