I'd trap it on the holodeck in a simulation of ATOT so that its endless neffing and dead-thread bumping would have no effect on the real world.
 
Remember that Simpsons episode where they were all wired to chairs with buttons to shock each other?

Imagine an OIKOS in that chair, and everyone in ATOT has a button . . . . :evil: . . . to, uh, send him a smile and a happy thought?
