i remember reading that after breast implants, the girls lose feeling in their breasts.

Would this apply to this surgery as well?

change your positions a little so you can slide up into the fornix (anterior or posterior depending on position) aka the cul de sac

I'm pretty sure you can't. Not unless the girl has a very short space between the vaginal opening and her uterus.

Or I guess if you have really long fingers. Or maybe in certain positions or something.

Most people don't have any problem with "bottoming out", ie: hitting the cervix.

When a girl becomes sexually aroused, the internal spacing of those organs changes to allow deeper penetration...

Yeah, I was doing a bit of googling myself, because I wasn't entirely sure.

Interesting. I guess I had a skewed mental picture of what its like in there. 😉

I thought the length of the "tube" between the vaginal opening and the uterus was longer than just a few inches.

Sexual arousal is really the key, though. As the link says, when they're aroused, the cervix ascends, allowing for deeper penetration..
