Why single out Detroit? NYC, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and lots of other cities will burn too. The poor masses in those cities aren't going to come out to the suburbs to riot, they will tear their own cities apart. Those in the crosshairs will include plenty of the rich white folks living in the "better parts" of the cities who the rioters will see (not entirely incorrectly) as being the ones that allowed sections of their cities to become 3rd world cesspools.
