POLL: If Anandtech Forums was a form of government, what would it be?

Just curious. What would you call the leadership method of Anandtech Forums? I probably wouldn't call it a democracy (as we don't get to vote on most things), but I believe that resembles some other forms of government. What do you think?

Personally, I'd consider it to be a mix of anarchy and a facist dictatorship. All of the nefs and crazy people stir up trouble, and then the mods come in and smack them down with brute force

It would be cool if we could "vote out" stupid posts, flamers, and trolls, but existing system also works pretty well. The mods always have those cool quotes, too
