[POLL] How old is the vehicle you normally drive?

currently a '02 sentra, but i'll start taking the '03 civic next week and will hopefully be getting a new car within the next few months ('04 wrx if i land a new job dammit, or an older 97-00 civic otherwise)...

1999 VW Passat. It's paid for. I've considered trading it in, but it's been absolutely flawless and still looks, feels, smells and runs like it's brand new.

So I've decided to hold onto it and take what I would spend on a car payment to add to my investments until I need a new car.

Your poll needs to be expanded back to the 60's.

1964 Chevy Corvair Monza 4 door
1966 Chevy Corvair Monza 2 door
1966 VW Beetle 1300
1966 VW Bus (Kombi)
1969 Norton Commando
1970 Chevy K30 tow truck
1971 Chevy C10 P/U
1971 H/D Sportster
1974 VW Bus Westphalia
1996 Hyundai Accent

I drive all of these on a regular basis, it's nice having repair plates 🙂

'90 Accord as a commuter (to the train station and back). Still runs great... but the speedo went bad after I drove through a puddle since it's electrical. I don't think I want to pay $250 to get that fixed just so I can get past the next inspection. :|

Hey Roger, My old man claims that the corvair is a death trap especially on slippery roads. What's your feeling about that?
