Well, I am doing indoor track for my school this year, so I have to get back into shape. Not that I was ever out of it, I just need to get into BETTER shape. So I stayed after in the nice, new weight room that we just got in my school (the old weight room sucked) and I am a lil sore but it feels good.
I better hurry up though, indoor track starts in 6 days!
It's okay though, we get about 3 weeks of gradual training before anything too terribly tough, so I'm just getting 4 weeks basically.
I love that lil sore but strong feeling after a workout!
