I kinda loathe TV these days. It always seems to suck. The sitcoms aren't that funny, the news isn't that informative. The only thing I ever watch is discovery and even that's rare. You guys?

More than 8 - I have an ATI AIW 8500dv, so I can watch TV and surf the net at the same time with the ThruView feature (you can see your desktop through the video) :p

I love the Discovery channel, and I generally have the TV on the Discovery channel even if I'm not watching it. The only series I actually watch are on HBO on Sundays.

Mon-Fri I follow this schedule:

5pm-6 - Married with children
6-630 - King of the Hill
630-7 - That 70s Show
7-9 - varies w/ the day
9-10 - Whose line is it anyway?
10-11 - O'reilly Factor
1130 - ? - Conan O'brien (i generally fall asleep)

Saturday I probably watch about 6 hours of misc TV

Sunday I watch TV from 11am-11pm (NFL rules :) ) and I flip to Fox prime time and Iron chef when I can,

I watch a LOT of TV. I also find time to cook, clean my apartment, exercise 1.5 hours a day, and do many other tasks...

I voted "less than 2 hrs", but I also didn't include sports... If you include NHL and NFL games (and the MLB playoffs), I'm sure I'll log more than 14 hours a week easily.

During the summer, a baseball game or 2 most days. During fall, football on the weekends. Sometimes I'll watch whatever's on C-span for awhile. Other than that I almost never watch TV.

It's football season. At 4 games a week (3 Sunday + MNF), that's a minimum of 12 hours. :D

Seriously, I rarely if ever get to watch all of them all the way through.

Last season I watched a lot more but now I find I just don't have enough hours in a day to waste it watching TV.

This season I've started taping the family favorites during the week, then we sit down and watch them on Sat. nights.

The Practice
The West Wing
Enterprise
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation
ER
JAG
Saturday Night Live

might add The Lyons Den with Rob Lowe on Sundays if it turns out to be any good.

so about 8hrs wk. and certainly no more than 10.

More than 14.

Hell, there's, 1 hour of Home Improvement, 1 Hour of Seinfeld, 3 hours of Star Trek, and usually an hour of Law and Order, not to mention the hour of Family Guy and Futurama at 10pm.

That's 7 hours right there. Of course I'm usually doing other things while those are on.

Less than two hours. Probably less than an hour really. Not counting football of course which isn't tv but rather, is a religion.
