POLL: How much torque does your car/truck produce?

I believe mine is about 250 foot-pounds.

Or one could say it is enough to spin my wheels quite well on dry pavement if I use the accelerator hard enough 😱.

Umm, I can do that in my 5 speed Honda Civic, so wheel spinning isn't a direct result of high torque. On the flip side I have trouble doing it in the WRX since AWD grabs so well.

914: ~100 ft-lbs
S70: 243 ft-lbs from 2,100 RPM to 5,100 RPM (love the turbo's flat torque curve).
951: 310 ft-lbs @ 3,900 RPM (it's a touch peaky 😉 ).
