512mb currently, however it is still running sluggish at times so am going to go for 1GB soon.

I'll bundle in another 512mb stick when I order my ADSL modem in a couple of weeks :)

I'd like to go to 1gig from 512, but the kt400 chipset can only handle one stick of PC3200 at a time. :( And 1gig sticks are still too expensive.

2 GB in living room PC (max. 8 GB)
768 MB in bedroom PC (max. 4 GB)
768 MB in PVR (max. 1.5 GB?)
512 MB in laptop and fileserver (both maxed out)
144 MB in firewall (maxed out)

I plan to add more to the bedroom PC, but everything else is good enough.

2 X 512 MB, dual channel DDR @ 400 MHz.

I don't currently need that much, but since I was going to dual channel DDR, the cost difference vs. 2 X 256 MB was only $50-60, IIRC. I figured I'd be using this computer for some purpose for several years, so the "future proofing" seemed like it was worth it.
