Bah! Screw roses and screw Valentine's Day! The one time in my life I had a Valentine I spent almost $200 on a girl including having a dozen roses delivered to her at school and taking her out for steak dinner with a couple that were friends of ours. I think he was referring to the fact that (as per your poll) 3 times as many people "didn't have anyone special" as bought flowers. That's quite sad, if you ask me.
