edit: hammered for me is about 6-10 drinks

I ordinarily do not drink. This past week I was on a business trip to a company facility in NC. Every evening, after 12 hours of work, we went out for dinner and drank..... excessively. 3 to 4 22 ounce draughts and then more (12 pack of 16 ouncers) in the hotel room. Naturally, being a "macho" man, I caved into the peer pressure and kept up with the rest of my team. None the worse for wear. I haven't had a drink since we returned on Thursday.

I almost never drink, because I'm trying to gain muscle, and alcohol doesn't help with that _at all_.

Uh...vanilla vodka is 80 proof....
But, when I do have whiskey, it's canadian club. Two shots in a full can of diet lemon nestea.

Let's see....

I typically drink an 8oz glass of wine every other week or so, plus a 12oz bottle of beer every other week or so. Combining the two, that works out to about 520oz of alcohol per year, or 1.4oz per day.
