POLL: how many times do you wake up during your sleep at nite?

I voted zero because sometimes i wake up once or twice, but that only happens a couple times a month.
 
Almost always 0 during the night. Sometimes in the morning I'll wake up a couple times if I'm sleeping in on the weekends.
 
Noise doesn't wake me up (one of the "benefits" of being deaf) but if you turn on the light or the cat starts bothering me, I usually wake up.
 
When you sleep, you have to cut yourself off from the world around you. Example, sound proof windows, sound proof your door, and all crevises that can lead to any level of noise. Hearing noises in your sleep can make you nuerotic, and anxious when you wake up..it really fuks your head up as your brain cant regenerate itself efficiently. Dont drink or eat anything 2 hours before you sleep as it stimulates thought pattern and creates intense unpleasureable dreams of you getting gang raped by the members of the a-team e.t.c. Take 30 minutes to detach yourself from your enviroment before sleep, i.e dont just jop into bed right after doing a strenuous mind activity. perform an intensive cardio vascular regime 3-4 hours before sleep to burn off excessive sugar storage used for energy.

Other tactics involve taking a heavy blunt instrument to the back of the head in a fast efficient blow.

I would usually say 0. Nothing wakes me up. However, this past week, I've hardly slept at all. Anything wake me up. I would bet that I've woke up an average of 6-8 times a night this week.
 
It takes a train running through my bedroom to wake me up.

Which really sucks when you have to listen for a crying 14 month old. For some reason, she can still wake me up though, when I have the monitor cranked up as loud as it can go 6 inches from my ear.

There less frequent now, but i get this problem where a purple dot just appears on the right side of my vision every day about 5-10 times. I made an appointment for a cranial MRI scan and retina examination..its free where i live hehe. thanks for asking.
 
0 for me... not sure how many times for my wife due to my heavy snoring.

but i've some hard time sleeping lately since the sun sets around 11.... and rises again around 3.
