Poll: How many threads that you created have been locked? [and did it deserve to be?]

I got two locked from accidentally bumping them each within 2 hours of the last bump- those mods have an obsessively keen eye! They've caught every single thing I've happened to slip up on (in bumping).
 
I don't start threads often and when I do it's fairly innocuous stuff, so no I've never had one locked 🙂
 
i've had a few.

Mostly they were locked - Not because of the controversial nature of the topic, but - because of the name calling that eventually resulted when the forum members couldn't control themselves.

I remember a OT BeastBuy "bad CS" thread and my "brand new 2002 car for less than 6K" thread in Hot Deals as the most recent.

And at least one other that was poor judgement on my part (forgetting which mod was now on duty). 🙂
 
i've been sent a PM by a mod...
a pretty harsh one...
by a mistake.

the mod thought that i was someone else.

but hey, we're all human...

mods ARE human... right?

Looks like I should follow this guideline. Hope nothing gets locked.
 
I have had one locked. I am a bit surprised this thread has not been locked, since the topic of thread locking seems to lead to a lot of locked threads, if that makes sense. Actually that was the topic of my lone locked thread.
 
Once for posting a "WTB: DVD for about $12-13" in the FS/FT forum... PMed a moderator and that moderator didn't really know why the thread got locked...the person just replied back, post it again.

1 locked thread to my name that I remember, after I tried to create a legitimate, ahem, "loser or winner" poll. They locked mine and let the fake go on and on, collecting every vote for "loser," while the author kept periodically resetting all the votes for "winner" to zero. It must have been some joke that I didn't get. Oh well.
 
I had one deleted.

it was asking a question about another members random bumpings,

in all truthfulness it hadn't gone downhill yet, but it probably was going to.

me either. if you keep count seriously, you have issues. i chose two because i know of one for sure...and i am sure i had another at some point.
