If you turn off all the lights in your computer room, how many LEDs are shining out at you?

I count 23 green, and 2 red. And 1 red clock :) Edit: and 1 MS Intellimuse explorer.

This also happens to be my bedroom, it gets kidna bright at night.

I don't know what you mean by LED.. just simple LED lights? (like ones found on printers and front of PC) or LED Displays? (Alarm clocks, Cellphones..)

If you're talking about both, then 3

1: My PC (1 green HDD light, 1 red power light)
2: My alarm clock
3: My cell phone (though doesn't light up unless I touch it)

you said 23+++ wtf??? How the hell do you come up with that number? you have a LED christmas tree or something?

[edit]

Yea but they don't all light up simuntaeously in ur room @ nite..

that's what the original Q was asking.. actually NM..

lemme re-calculate..

1. alarm clock
2. HDD light (PC)
3. Power light (PC)
4. CDrom light
5. Printer light (power)
6. Printer light (resume button)
7. Monitor
8. My Labtec Subwoofer
9. Optical Mouse (if that's LED)
10. My Cell
11. CAPSLOCK
12. NUMLOCK
13. SCROLL LOCK ;)

wow.. that's 13

8 green, 1 red, 1 orange, 1 red clock, 2 blinking greens (send/recieve on my cable modem).

Not sure if the display on my stereo counts or not...it's LED based I believe..

Oh my cellphone has a light on it that's on because I have a message.

And an LED display...not sure if that counts though...

God, I'd be closing on 100 at least. I have 2 Adaptec SCSI cards with about 30 LED's each. 6 HD's, Intellimouse, Palm, 3 Power LED's on puter, another good 10 status LED's on mobo. Another 10 on 2 Netgear NIC's (5 each). Who knows what I've forgotten.

Because of the CA power crisis I've toned down my computer activity and left only my backup machine on for downloads so the typical night has about 25 LEDs on for everything in my room (plus one annoying Explorer mouse hehe).

If I powered up everything I had in my room I wouldn't need any lights! Over 187 LEDs and 2 Explorer Mice and one Intellimouse. Too many scrap machines left over from upgrading med school classmates' computers!

Funny you ask this question, I was just staring at them last night when I was falling asleep, and thinking how there were a ton of LED's lighting up my room!

1-2)cell-phone charger
3) computer speakers
4-6) front of computer case
7-8) power strips
9) printer
10) scanner
11) monitor
12-13) keyboard
14-18) cable modem
19) UPS
20) TV
21) battery charger
22) vcr (counting the entire display as one, although it is really at least a dozen)

so I will say the total is 22 here
