I'm lucky if I manage 6.

I seriously think I have sleeping problems, because every night I crawl into bed at around 10pm and every night I'm still up trying to sleep at 12pm... it really annoys me because if I just got those 2 extra hours each night I would be perfectly fine. But now I am get so tired and getting up in the morning is a bitch.

Can anyone recommend how do get a better nights sleep?

5-6hrs/nite, but I need lots of sleep so I usually catch up on fridays. I come home and then go for a straight 15-16hr sleep until noon saturday.

btw, Lily27 is HOT! Did you see her pictures?

I have class at 8:30 in the morning, and I work full time, usually until 10:30 or 11:30. It takes me an hour to get home, so I don't get to bed until sometime between 12:00 and 1:00. I have to get up around 6:30 or so, so if all goes well and I get to sleep right away, I can get up to 6 hours of sleep.

Not enough! I usually average around 5-6.5 hrs per week night. O the weekends, it more like 8-10. Of course, many times on the wekend I am recovering from that night and the sleep does not give its full effect.

Man we are a sleep deprived bunch! I get about 5-6 which works ok for me. However I think I have sleep apnea, I'm supposed to go to a sleep clinic sometime soon where they will hook me up to some monitors and basically watch me sleep.

I cant imagine surviving every night on less than 3-4 hours of sleep like some of you do.
