Are you watercooling and have very few fans? or do you have a loud-@ss modded tower with 14 fans?
Include power supply, case fans, heatsink, vid card, and north bridge if applicable.

6 fans in an Antec SX1030B.
Powersupply
CPU
4 Antec 80mm case fans...
Loud as hell... compared to my last computer, a Dell with one case fan and one powersupply fan.

I have the sx1030b, too. I have three case fans, but they are inaudible because I 7-volted them. I plan on replaceing my north bridge fan with a heatsink, and I would like to get a taisol cgk with a quieter fan for my proc. need better cooling anyways.

I had 14 in an SC 750. :D

Anyway, right now I'm running a CasEdge 730A. Total of four fans.

CPU Fan
1 in P/S, 1 behind front bezel
Generic V3 3500 HS & Fan

Most of the noise of my case comes from the two 7200 RPM HD's. Both of which will soon be replaced by one large IBM 75GXP, in a SilentDrive enclosure.

Quiet PC's are a good thing.

Zero fans right now, but my PSU is overheating. Soon I'll have 2 QuietPC.com fans: PSU fan and the CPU Radial cooler.

My main system has 11 fans:

4*80mm Dynaeon case fans, 2 in & 2 out. (2 are blowholes)
1*80mm power supply fan
1*60mm heatsink fan (CPU)
3*40mm hard drive cooler fans
1*20mm Northbridge fan
1*486 heatsink fan (GeF2-MX vid card)

The Duron 700 CPU runs stable at 1083MHz. Average temps:

CPU: 39 Celcius
Case: 24 Celcius

This system really isn't that loud but it does appear to hover about 1/4" above the desk when it's running. ;)

what happened to your plan for a 150V power supply Leo V? And your cat didn't lick the capacitors yet did it? (sorry, I think I was on crack when I posted in your other thread ;) )

1. Running watercooling setup - radiator is attached to a nice 12" greenie Wal-Mart fan - estimated 300-400CFM, blowing onto mobo/HD's.
2. 40MM fan attached to a Leadtek GF2 Ultra.
3. 120MM attached vertically above PCI slots, blowing directly on the GF2.
4. ??MM PSU fan - everyone better have one of these bad boys!! ;)

I have 1 quiet PSU fan, 1 quiet back case fan, 1 quiet cpu fan and 1 video card fan.

Leo, so you can't run PSU without a fan?
