On average. If you have a huge book, split it up into 200 page bits and count it like that.

I'm trying to read 3 or 4 books per month.

I used to read a book every couple of days, but my interest in reading has cut way down lately, because I haven't come across much that I'm interested in.

1 or 2. TV hardly gets turned on. History and automotive technical stuff.

Several hours in a used book store is time well spent for my honey and me.

Between mountain biking, working out, work, TV, spending time with my dog, sleeping, eating ... etc ... usually I read none.

BUT, I'd like to start reading more ... I'm actually half way through a book at this moment and hope to finish it by the weekend!

I have a whole stack of books I've purchased over the last year or so that I haven't read.

w00t!

Less than one/month. I've not read a book in several months to th epoint of completion. I get home from work and excercise and then I generally only have a couple of hours and frankly I often would rather play video games or surf the web than read. Not to say I don't enjoy it, but I just don't like it as much as video games or tv or anandtech :) From a literacy standpoint I find that my vocabulary is increasing overtime from surfing the net and chances are that my knowledge base is expanding quicker from internet readings than reading a novel or even something non-fiction, so I don't believe that it should be frowned upon that I'm not buried in the pages of a paperback.

<1 per month.

However, I did go through a phase just after I started work of reading all 5 Harry Potter books, and all 5 Hitch-Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy books within like 1 month...but nothing since then.

I'm lucky if I finish a book a month, but most of the books I read are >350 pages. I really love to read though. Its just tough to find extra time.

I try to read 3-4 books a month but with work taking up most of my time, I don't have as much time to read as I used to. I still make an effort to go to the library on a regular basis to pick up new books that I'm interested in.
