Poll: How good are the Windows 2000 Drivers for the Radeon Cards? Is a Radeon 32MB better than a 32MB GF2MX in Win2k?

I'm looking to swap my 32MB Hercules Geforce2MX (Retail) for an ATi Radeon 32MB DDR Card. I'm running Windows 2000 Pro. Are the drivers any good? Will I see any performace increase in games like Team Arena, UT, Rune, NOLF...?

LMK... thanks?

I think the Radeon has potential, it won't be much longer before it rules in Win2000 too. I have loaded Win2000 on my machine, (Radeon 64MB DDR) it wasn't half bad !

Mostly driver issues. Though they will soon be worked out. I guess it depends on how much patience you have. :)

ATI has a long way to go for Win2k support. Their driver installtion is a joke as is. Remember the chaos they pulled with the Rage Fury Maxx.

I think if you need Win2k, stick with the Nvidia based cards and you will be better off.
