Poll: How far is your daily commute?

I'm talking school/work here.

For me, it's going to be about 130 miles per day.

Home->School: 45 miles
School->Home: 45 miles
Home->Work:20 miles
Work->Home:20 miles

I get about 30 miles per gallon, and at 650 miles per week, that's 21.6 gallons per week. Almost $40.

So how about you?

I live across the street from campus in a house with 2 other roomates, so it takes me about 5 minutes to walk to class if that long. To get to work from my house, driving, it takes about 10 minutes

2.3 miles to work, 0.75 miles to school. Bicycle everywhere unless it is above 95F, raining, or freezing.

during the past few summers ... 8 miles house door to work. took 20 minutes from the time i left my door till i walked into work

school, commute was 20 miles but by public transportation, 40 minutes or so. 20 minutes on a good drive

since im moving, my total commute time to campus is across the street.

Mines about 10 miles round trip

About 40 miles each way. Slugging takes me anywhere between 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes 1 way.
