4 eggs mixed well, add two cups sugar, mix, add .5pounds melted butter mixed with 12tbsp cocoa, mix, add 1 cup flour, mix, put in pan, bake at 325 for 20 minutes. That's always been my favorite egg recipe, especially if you add wallnuts.

Hard scrambled, over hard or boiled.

Depends on the breakfast dish and my mood.

Scrambled or sunny side up, eitherway. Just had some scrambled with cheese though. I like to cook them the tiniest bit undercooked..Id rather them not be dry.

Man, we have this local breakfast joint that serves Eggs Benedict using just local supplies - the bacon is to *die* for, and the 'muffin' they serve it on is...well, it's a muffin, but has more in common with cornmeal than your typical "english muffin".

OMFG, these things TOTALLY blow your mind.

What's the difference between over easy and sunny side up?

I'm boring and like scrambled.
