as much as i like scrabled, i think i prefer hard boiled, they're easier and faster to eat, and they're so good, as long as they're not soft boiled, and the center is all runny, thats disgusting.
If scrambled they HAVE to be well done, starting to get a little brown. Of course since you are cooking them so long you end up with about 20% less egg product, so you always have to add an extra egg.
Sunny side up is always good, but I have a problem getting them too runny or too well done.
