1 card currently but when I did X-fire last generation it was with one space between them.

A single card. Never even seriously considered a multi-GPU setup. The extra crunching/gaming power would be nice but I don't want to deal with the cooling and noise issues.

As it's not an option...

Two cards with a RAID controller in between, and a third in the last slot with a sound card between 2/3.

I have two video cards spaced out by one slot, but they're not in Crossfire. Even so, they still run pretty hot under load and I wouldn't want to see them running right next to eachother.

If I ever did man up and get a double GPU system, I would probably space the cards with an empty slot in between just for the better airflow. Unless I ran water cooling for the gpu, then I guess it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

For those of you with multiple video cards I'd like to know how you have them arranged
Do you mean by "1 card" that you have a single card with 2 GPUs on it? because if so that is worth clarifying. I think people are voting for it if they have only 1 GPU.
