4 bedrooms, 1850 sq feet. 2250 in another month or so if I ever find time to finish up some construction.

It was allll me too, but I let my brother move in last month when he got a job up in CT. He just has to get used to the cold now that he's not in New Orleans anymore!

And it's just me and the wifey!

Same for us, 3300 sq. ft.

4 beds with a huge 400 sq ft upstairs bonus room that I use for office/computer space. Overkill for just the wife and myself, but we have started construction on an even larger house.

Long Live American Excess.

3BR and 2200 sq/ft. There's an unfinished room that's about 250 sq/ft that I use for my home gym.

You should base it off of square footage. I have three bedrooms in the house, but lousy square footage. I believe my house is 980sq ft.

Yeah, bedrooms by today's standards (especially guest bedrooms) are a joke unless you're looking at truly 'large' new homes and not the small-lot patio homes that are increasingly common at even midscale pricepoints.

My house is 2400sq ft of living space with a 600sq ft of garage and it has 3 bedrooms.

Edit: Paid for either January (or within the next two months after that depending on if I use my savings - see thread around here somewhere! 😛) 2006.

Hey, that's my house (except a bit bigger)! 🙂

3 bedroom + 2 bathrooms make up 1400 sq ft. That is the second floor only.
First floor is another 1400 sq ft, same with basement and the garage is detached.

I am using 1 of the bedrooms (~300sq ft) as my home theatre/computer room 🙂

lot is 50.5ft x 211ft
and I don't have a riding lawnmower 🙁

three bedrooms. a garage. seperate kitchen, nook, living room, hallway.

small, tho.

my folks' new house will have a deck larger than my current house

# of bedrooms != size.

I've seen 2 "bedroom" apartments in Manhattan which total less than 75 square feet. In any other location, it would be called a "studio", or perhaps a "small room" and the "bedrooms" would be the closet space.
