The REAL tragedy is that this young girl has bought into the idea that women are mostly valued for their sexual attractiveness.

She THINKS that men wanting her makes her desirable.

What she doesn't realize is that youth and beauty are fleeting, and in a few years, she'll be nothing but a used whore and will have been replaced by 10 other dimwits ready to devalue themselves as human beings. It won't be easy for her to espcape her past either. If she gets into drugs or is into them already, her fate is practically sealed. Can you say skanky old prostitute?

She can't see beyond today and the money and attention she is now receiving. She thinks she's hot because guys tell her so. What happens in 10 years? Who will handle her 'career' when she is 30?

I hope her dad can reach her before it is too late.

edit: If you don't believe me, get to your local college library and look up the research. The majority of these chicks crash and burn.

Whether you think pornograpy is immoral or not, it's legal as long as the participants are 18 or older. 403, I think it's time to find different models when dads of your current models are coming after you.

It's not moralizing.... it's research. Just the facts.

If you look up the sociological research that has been done on the subject, you'll find that these women mostly burn out and end up on skid row. How many of them can become producers? That would be like a pyramid scheme. For 1,000 'starlets' you might get one 'retired star' to be a producer.

If women want to do this, fine... but I think the age limit should be 21, not 18.

I was a complete and total idiot when I was 18. I couldn't make a decent choice to save my life. I think these girls need more time to decide just who they want to be.

There is a world of difference between capitalism &amp; pornography. I suppose it could be argued that being a porn producer is the same as any other business, if you ignore the fact that you're preying on the young women of our society. If you're OK with that, so be it. You have the legal right to do that. But I won't be buying your porn. And if I'm on the jury that tries you when you screw up and DO take pictures of a minor, I won't be lenient.
